First aid training: what is it?
The term "first aid" refers to all those timely actions intended to help people who find themselves in situations of difficulty or danger to their health while waiting for qualified help to arrive.
The techniques you practice will cover adult, child, and infant skills in 1 person CPR, conscious choking, unconscious choking, AED, and First Aid. In addition, First Aid courses can include adult and/or pediatric CPR/AED training.

What does First Aid Training cover?
The first aid training course covers a wide range of topics through a mix of theory and hands-on activities. First aid, in fact, is a practical skill, so practice is essential to learning these basic life-saving skills. Specifically, the following topics will be covered:
Bleeding and Shock
Sudden Illness and Injury
Heat and Cold Emergencies
